Sargam Prakash — Forward-deployed designer

What I’m really really good at

5+ years designing and shipping products.

Now embedded with customers, using AI to build the future of Microsoft 365 and Copilot.

From intern to designer on Outlook

Interned with the Outlook team and came back with a pre-placement offer to join it.
Designed and shipped Outlook features across several platforms.
Known for being flexible, and for my motion videos and animations.

Consumer design on Instamart

Joined Swiggy’s design team, which I’d long admired.
Worked on Instamart at the height of the quick-commerce race and through Swiggy’s IPO.
Grew fast in prototyping, visual design and consumer UX.
Worked on Slurrp, Swiggy’s design language system, which I loved.

Teams Admin Center, then Forward‑Deployed Innovation

Built Teams Admin Center’s design system with the Fluent team.
Designed complex workflows that reach millions of people around the world.
July 2026: chosen for the new Forward-Deployed Innovation team, working alongside customers to shape the future of Microsoft 365 and Copilot.
